So for those curious:

All Will Serve causes your Raise Dead spell to automatically summon both a Ghoul (or Geist, or Abomination) minion who has a pet bar, as it already does... and a Risen Skulker (a skeletal Vrykul archer).

Think of the Risen Skulker like a pocket hunter; its two abilities are Skulker Shot (for single-target) and Arrow Spray (a Multishot, so you don't lose cleave picking it over the other talents in its tier). It's classified as a guardian rather than a pet, so it doesn't have a pet bar and doesn't pop up on your minimap - however, it will respond to commands you give to your ghoul. Regardless, the combination of "spams Multishot" and "doesn't show up on the map" is just as annoying for tracking as it sounds, and unless you command it to follow you directly, it has been known to aggro extra patrols by rooting itself in doorways and patrol paths and such. Take care to know where it is when you begin engagements!

The Risen Skulker does not gain any benefits from being a Ghoul (because it very clearly isn't one), so it does NOT receive Dark Transformation, change under Sludge Belcher, proc Infected Claws (or Armies of the Damned), or count for Corpse Shield. Since it deals damage on its own, it won't proc any of your personal on-hit effects either, or provide any buffs or replenishment to the DK.
So - more than for most pets - it's basically a glorified DoT, except that it scales with the DK's Haste instead of Mastery, can only have one instance at a time, and can be killed by anyone rather than dispelled by healers. The Skulker Shot has been known to draw high amounts of threat, so it very likely will get smacked around if you don't keep an eye on it.

If the Skulker dies (and without keeping it as your focus target, you have no indication when it does), the only way to get it back in-combat is to cast Raise Dead - but Raise Dead cannot be cast as long as your Ghoul (and just your Ghoul minion) is up, so presently you have to dismiss your Ghoul to cast Raise Dead and resummon it.
Simple macro for that, keep in mind that it requires 2 presses (one to dismiss and one to resummon) and a GCD:

Code:
#showtooltip Raise Dead
/petdismiss
/cast Raise Dead
Thankfully the summoning limitation doesn't work in reverse, so you can cast Raise Dead while the Skulker still lives if the Ghoul doesn't. Limit 1 Skulker at a time; recasting will just dismiss the active Skulker.
Additionally, once you exit combat, your character will attempt to automatically raise a Skulker even if your Ghoul survives. Not much consolation in lengthier combat like boss fights, but a nice touch for world combat or patrols.
The biggest interaction this talent has with your kit is that it cuts the cooldown of Raise Dead by 60 sec, so you only have to worry about the CD if your Ghoul dies under Corpse Shield.

For some reason, my Skulker doesn't use Skulker Shot (tried it on multiple training single target dummies and grouped-up ones). Can some1 confirm if this is a bug, or actually intended which would mean you only pick All Will Serve for multitarget (or probably never, since Ebon Fever is a greater damage increase due to the massive damage of Virulent Plague & Virulent Eruption).

It was bugged for a little while on beta, but it's fixed now.

On live this changed, you can summon your skulker even if your ghoul is still alive.

The devs told us exactly how the All Will Serve Risen Skulker scales with the player's stats at the link below.

I'm pasting it here as they typically delete the beta forums after release.

I was hoping Unholy would move to more 'lich' like - but was hoping for more 'raise minion on killing blow' kind of thing...

Well a Lich would obviously be for Frost if you think about it, so no.

Does this benefit from the power up and transformation?

Really curious to see if there's any sort of interaction between this and the other Unholy Death Knight talent Sludge Belcher.

So, does this mean we get 2 permanent ghouls? Really would be curious if dark transformation buffs them both.
